**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and motivated Multimedia Designer Intern to join our dynamic team. As a Multimedia Designer Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the creation of engaging visual content across various platforms, including digital, print, and video. You will gain hands-on experience in multimedia design, content creation, and branding while working in a collaborative environment.

In addition to design tasks, you will also have the opportunity to participate as an in-house talent for photo shoots, videos, and other content creation efforts, helping to bring creative concepts to life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**: Assist in the design of digital and print materials, including social media posts, marketing collateral, banners, infographics, and more.
- **Video Production**: Support in video shooting, creation, including storyboarding, filming, editing, and post-production.
- **Animation**: Assist in creating simple animations and motion graphics for use in social media, presentations, and video content.
- **Photography**: Help with photo shoots, including setup, lighting, and photo editing.
- **Content Creation**: Participate as an in-house talent for photoshoots, video content, and promotional materials.
- **Branding**: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all designs and content are aligned with the company’s branding guidelines.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and develop innovative multimedia content ideas.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on current design trends and industry best practices to bring fresh, creative ideas to the team.
- **Project Support**: Assist in managing projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**: Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- **Software Skills**: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar tools.
- **Creative Mindset**: Strong artistic and creative abilities with an eye for design, color, layout, and typography.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and receive feedback.
- **Photography & Videography**: Basic knowledge of photography and videography, including camera operation and lighting.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work well in a team, collaborate, and contribute ideas.
