Social Media Content Creator

**Role Purpose**

The Social Media Content Creator at THE BILAL is responsible for independently creating captivating and engaging content for the social media channels. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the jewelry online presence, brand image, and customer engagement through a variety of content formats.

**Key Accountability**
- Independently develop creative and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Produce a wide range of content types, including images, videos, graphics, and written posts.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communication teams to plan and schedule content that aligns with event launches, marketing campaigns, promotions, and corporate communications.
- Develop content calendars and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Create compelling visual stories that showcase the jewelry services and brand values.
- Use photography, videography, and graphic design skills to convey engaging narratives.
- Engage with the jewelry social media audience by responding to comments, and messages, and fostering online community interactions.
- Monitor social media trends and feedback for insights and opportunities.
- Determine the most effective ways to distribute content on different social media platforms to maximize engagement and reach.
- Utilize scheduling and publishing tools for efficient content distribution.
- Monitor the performance of social media content using analytics tools.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing content based on data-driven results.
- Ensure that all content created maintains brand consistency, adhering to the jewelry visual and messaging guidelines.

**Qualifications & Working Experience**

Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field with minimum of 1 years of experience in social media content creation.

**Areas of Experience**
- Proficiency in graphic design and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong visual storytelling skills and a creative mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Port Dickson: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
