Founded in 2014 in the Maldives, Coffee Lab Trading opened its first outlet “Family Room Coffee” in Hulhumale’ with a simple vision, to redefine the local coffee culture. **Investing in Your Growth**:

- **SCA Certified Diploma**: Earn a globally recognized Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) certified diploma (Level 1 - Level 2 - Level 3). Training is provided by our in-house trainer & certified instructor, and we’ll even cover your exam fees after 1 year of service
- **International Training**: Ensure your success with gaining training and experience through trainings offered in our outlet in the Maldives
- **Comprehensive On-boarding Program**: Start strong with 1 week of hands-on training designed to set you up for success.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Prepare and assemble food orders accurately based on customer requests.
- Set up orders at the collection point for customers to pick up.
- Ensure food presentation and quality meet company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and storage areas.
- Wash, dry, and stack plates, utensils, and other kitchenware.
- Assist with restocking ingredients and kitchen supplies as needed.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health standards at all times.
- Support the kitchen team during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance kitchen skills and knowledge.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is a bonus—but we’re happy to train enthusiastic learners
- A passion for food and attention to detail.

Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to follow instructions and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to cleanliness and safety.

**Job Type**: Part-Time (Shift Work).
**Outlet Operating Hours**: 8 AM to 8 PM.

**Working Hours**: 7-hour shifts (rotational).
**Days Off**: 2 days off per week.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Expected hours: 35 per week
