Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia COOX Kitchen Full time

**Location outlet : Glo Damansara, Mont Kiara or Taylor's University, Subang**

Accommodate operational tasks:

- Report to Outlet Manager and Head of Department (HOD). Working with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Prepare Repair & Maintenance Report, Prepare Merchant Moving In & Out Inspection Report, OPS Inventory Report and Monthly Utilities Report (If any)
- Conduct daily Kitchen Inspections (Safety & Cleanliness)
- Assist in ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
- Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop operation strategies.
- Oversee and supervise the registered persons in the premises, no unregistered persons allowed.
- Monitor inventory levels and update superior in ordering new items.
- Assisting in opening or closing tasks.
- Assisting with moving, unloading and storing equipment.
- Assist during emergency and hazardous situations.
- Manage and monitor COOX Mart operations
- Promote and assist the use of COOX App to customers.
- Manage Cashier Station (CASH & QR Pay)

Accommodate merchants & staff:

- Ensure the merchant & staff complies with COOX Operating regulations.
- Help facilitate Merchant Orientation & Briefing.
- Respond proactively to the concerns/ feedback/ reports from merchants & staff (Merchant Support).
- Help identify merchant & staff needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
- Assist in responding to merchant & staff concerns regarding COOX Device and receipt printers, in a professional manner.
- Manage COOX Outlet Access Application, COOX Visitors Registrations, COOX Merchant Backend and COOX Store (Merchant Order) should the need arises.
- Handle professionally on all DSPs Orders

Accommodate customers & delivery riders:

- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of food delivery within the kitchens to facilitate rider/driver of food delivery companies.
- Identify customers' and/or delivery riders' needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Always strive towards an exceptional customer experience.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
