- We are seeking for floor staff to support our restaurant patrons by offering top-notch customer service. Clients will be greeted at the door, escorted to their tables, and deliver menus by staff. Providing menu suggestions, bringing meals and drinks to tables, and handling payments.
- We anticipate you to handle complaints, make sure clients have a pleasant dining experience, and generate table bills.

**Floor Staff Job Responsibilities**
- Establishing and maintaining interactions with guests
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service methods
- Ensuring restaurant setup is completed and a walkthrough is performed before/after shift
- Presenting primary training and ensuring that Standard Operating Procedures are followed
- Maintain inventory, stocks, and other pertinent Standard Operating Procedures paperwork.
- Implementations, improvisations, and inventive beverage mixing and serving techniques.

Floor Staff Job Requirements
- A minimum of two years' worth of experience in the service operations of a restaurant, bar, or nightclub
- Able to work on shifts, weekend and public holidays
- Knowledge of or experience with wine/ whisky/alcohol beverages will be favorably appreciated.
- Individuals who are motivated and disciplined
- The applicant should have a passion for serving food and drinks and attending after customers.
- Pleasant attitude, strong interpersonal abilities, and impeccable grooming
- Proficient in both English language and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowing Mandarin or any other languages is an advantage.
