**Responsibilities**:

- **Greet and assist visitors, clients, or guests arriving at the office building, providing them with directions or necessary information.**:

- ** Assist employees with questions, directions, or issues he / she may encounter during their workday.**:

- ** Assist new employees with the onboarding process and help them become familiar with the office layout, company policies, rules, and regulations.**:

- ** Site visit in daily basis and to coordinate with the facilities team to resolve any maintenance issues and ensure the office building is maintained, clean and tidy.**:

- ** Serves as a liaison between different departments or teams within the office building to deliver important information or announcements.**:

- ** Gather employee feedback about their experiences and concerns within the building and communicate this feedback to relevant stakeholders.**:
