Job description

Daily Operations


• Maintains good housekeeping of sales floor, shelves, facilities, amenities and storeroom.


• Stock and display merchandise and visual displays including manequins.


• Monitors stock levels/inventory periodically, orders and replenish stock.


• Checks tagged prices to verify accuracy by referring to price lists and retagging price change.


• Performing duties as cashier and packer when required.


• Performing and supervising stocktake.


• Preventing internal and external loss and shrinkages.


• Preventing and handling emergency situations.


• Ensure compliance to all statutory requirements

Talent Management


• Supervises AGG staff and promoters on all their job tasks and functions.


• Manages store personnel scheduling in ensuring that manpower requirements are met.


• Conducts coaching, counselling and disciplines staff and promoters.

Administration


• Acts on assigned company emails and correspondence.


• Utilize inventory management system to conduct IST, markdown/up, return stock, etc.


• Ensures the implementation and enforces company policy and guidelines, in-store house rules, discipline and statutory requirements

Experience required


• Diploma holder in any field including fresh graduates.


• SPM holder with 2-3 years experience in retail or service sector.

Schedule: Working in shift

Ability to commute/relocate: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
