Overview:

We're looking for a Retail Sales Supervisor to play a key role in ensuring smooth store operations, delivering excellent customer experiences, and supporting the store team in showcasing the exciting world of 3D printing.

Key Responsibilities

1) Transaction Processing

• Process transactions using the POS system accurately and double-check pricing against the monthly price list.
• Highlight any pricing discrepancies to HQ for immediate action.
• Perform cash register reconciliation at the start and end of shift to ensure balanced accounts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable checkout area.

2) Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product information, store navigation, and promotions.
• Deliver exceptional service and support to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Handle customer concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Contribute to a welcoming, friendly, and professional store atmosphere.

3) Store Operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor that meets HQ merchandising standards.
• Restock shelves and ensure products are well-presented and available.
• Prevent or minimize out-of-stock (OOS) situations by monitoring inventory health.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving goods and conducting stock counts.
• Work collaboratively and respectfully with team members to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor the sales floor for any suspicious activity and uphold store security.
• Gather and submit customer feedback to the Store Manager for continuous improvement.
• Support in closing sales and converting foot traffic into actual purchases.

Day-to-Day Essentials

• Perform daily reconciliation of transactions and ensure system accuracy.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure display units, counters, and panels are spotless and functional.
• Replenish shelves and verify stock accuracy between system and physical counts.
• Process payments efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare and showcase approved 3D printed samples for display and sale.
• Proactively observe and engage customers based on their browsing behavior.
• Consolidate and communicate customer insights to management.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and reliability.
• Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred (tech or lifestyle retail is a plus).
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
