What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve monthly sales targets and deliver strong outlet performance.
  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth execution of sales, merchandising, and customer service standards.
  • Drive strategies to grow outlet sales and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor inventory and stock levels to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to unlock their best potential.
  • Execute promotions and in-store campaigns to boost traffic and conversion.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
  • Work closely with management to align outlet performance with company goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail operations or supervisory roles.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team to hit and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations — sales, merchandising, inventory, and customer service.
  • Energetic, hands-on, and committed to achieving results.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about smart retail and creating exceptional customer experiences.
