BID Operations is looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Client Funds Settlements Officer. BID Operations is committed to providing top-notch technology, customer service, accounting & operations, and risk & compliance services to our clients. As a Client Funds Settlements Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and accurate settlements for clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily settlement tasks under the supervision of senior staff members.
- Conduct reconciliation of bank accounts to transaction accounts, reporting any discrepancies to supervisors for resolution.
- Assist in bookkeeping activities using Xero accounting software, maintaining organized and accurate financial records.
- Support the processing of withdrawal payments with third-party Payment Service Providers (PSPs), following established procedures and security measures.
- Respond to customer cases promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to supervisors as necessary.
- Foster positive relationships with external service providers, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving.
- Assist in preparing transaction remittances for the night shift, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Contribute to daily settlement procedures and data entry into the ledger system.

**Requirements**:

- Well organised with high accuracy levels and extreme attention to detail.
- Experience in funds settlements or a similar role is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Work well in a team and be able to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks.
- High proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
- Familiar with MT4/MT5 Trading system is a plus.
