1. Ensuring that daily settlement obligations are met, compliance with time limits set down
in the business rules.
2. Conduct daily settlement reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
3. Ensuring clients trades are transacted correctly and on time.
4. Ensuring that all corporate actions are processed correctly and on a timely basis.
5. Maintenance of accurate client portfolio records.
6. Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
7. Match and compare data to identify any discrepancies.
8. Propose for improvement of processes related to settlement reconciliation.
9. Prepare daily, weekly settlement report.
10. Assist with processing of funds withdrawals via funds transfer, payment batches of share
sales proceeds to clients.
11. Process collection batches of funds from clients.

**Requirement**:
1. Preferably a Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
2. At least 1 year of working experience in Forex, Banking or Settlement.
4. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking
and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
5. Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office and good working with Excel.
6. Have good time management and able to work under pressure.
7. Must have good analysis skill, ensuring a high level of accuracy and correctness in all
work and report.
8. Must be able to communication in Mandarin since need report to Chinese Manager.
**9. Must be able to WORK SHIFT and hardworking.**

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
