Sales Designer

**Responsibilities**:

- **Design Consultation**: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and design preferences for custom furniture and cabinetry projects.
- **Product Knowledge**: Provide expert advice on design options, materials, finishes, and layouts for various projects, including kitchens, wardrobes, living rooms, and office spaces.
- **Sales and Client Relations**: Drive sales by building relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their requirements, and delivering tailored design solutions.
- **Prepare Proposals and Quotes**: Create detailed design proposals, including pricing, materials, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- **Collaborate with Production Teams**: Work with the production and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are translated accurately and efficiently into finished products.
- **Project Management**: Oversee the progress of projects from design concept to installation, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- **Attend Trade Shows and Events**: Represent the company at industry events, showcasing our design solutions and expanding our network of potential clients.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of [3] years of experience in sales and design within the furniture or cabinetry industry.
- **Education**: Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Furniture Design, or a related field is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering tools, etc.).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret customer needs and turn them into design solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with materials, finishes, and current design trends in the furniture and cabinetry industry.
- **Portfolio**: A portfolio showcasing previous design projects (preferred but not required).

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
