We are seeking a results-driven **Program Manager** to lead the planning, implementation, and governance of Microsoft 365 (M365) programs and services across our client's organization
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage enterprise-wide M365 programs and projects from initiation through delivery.
- Drive the adoption and optimization of M365 services & Microsoft CoPilot
- Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
- Define program goals, scope, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics in alignment with business priorities.
- Monitor program performance, track KPIs, and report on progress to senior stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, risks, change controls, and resource allocations for all M365-related projects.
- Oversee user adoption, training, and change management strategies.
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance policies are embedded into M365 operations.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT Program or Project Management, including 2+ years specifically with Microsoft 365 or Office 365 & Microsoft Copilot.
- Strong understanding of M365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Power Platform, and security/compliance features.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team leadership skills.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and/or traditional Waterfall methodologies.
