**About the role**

We are looking for a Senior Ecommerce and Marketing Associate who has a progressively thought and is able to optimize our E-commerce across all channels. You will be playing a significant role in meeting end customer's needs by offering the company's line of products to customers in the online channel, supporting an managing the day-to-day platform operations in seeing through the success of expanding our online presence and maximizing revenue. This role is responsible to manage e-commerce platforms where you will learn all aspects related to the marketplace platform.

**How we would like you to assist us**

**1. Strategic**
- Drive and implement marketing strategies.
- Oversee campaign conceptualization and budget allocations.
- Lead campaigns, partnerships, and projects in collaboration with departments like the
- creative and customer service teams.
- Negotiate optimal terms for collaborations, marketing assets, and related costs.
- Analyze campaign outcomes and recommend action plans for enhancement.
- Integrate sales, marketing, and technology to optimize both online and offline customer experiences.

**2. Execution**:

- Ensure brand portrayal and product listings maintain excellence.
- Serve as the primary liaison with platform representatives.
- Secure assets from platforms and service providers to bolster marketing visibility.
- Capitalize on platform-specific deals (e.g., SS, LTD, BBD for Shopee; Flash sales, Brand
- Mega offer, Lazada Bonus for Lazada).
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to meet deadlines.
- Confirm timely asset uploads by team members during campaigns.
- Coordinate with the customer service manager for campaign specifics such as pricing,
- deal mechanics, and landing page design.
- Oversee order management and paid ad schedules.
- Execute other marketing-centric tasks as needed.

**What we would like to see in you**
- Possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or Business or its equivalent
- Minimun 2 years' working experience in similar role
- Understanding of E-commerce end-to-end user journey, behavior and experience
- Good knowledge in working with 3rd party E-commerce portal such as Shopee, Lazada, etc
- Proven track record of online campaign success and conversion of leads to revenue
- Proficient in analytical tools
- Proactive team player and highly organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
