Account Executive

Handle the preparation of GL full set of accounts.
- Handle the preparation of monthly management accounts and submit management report to Managing Director.
- Responsible in preparation of Audit Schedules and Tax schedules.
- Preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Check stock adjustment, stock month end reports, proforma invoices
- Prepare and upload commission report, supplier & customer aging report, stock aging report to directors
- Maintaining, preparing & monitoring aging receivable & payable reports as well as follow-up for payment.
- Backup the accounting & billing system.
- Experience in handling manufacturing account.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Perform other ad hoc assignment and task as and when requested by management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum experience required.
- Possess high degree of self-motivation, be result-oriented and able to work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of SQL system, MS Excel and Word
- This position based at Kuala Ketil Industry
- Training at Pokok Sena (Alor Setar, Kedah)
