As a Marketing Extraordinaire, you'll mastermind campaigns, explore wild strategies, and lead the digital charge. Must-have skills: Cantonese, Mandarin, and an open mind Water filtration or service experience? Even better.
- Develop, organise and execute marketing campaigns for the assigned brand in line with brand marketing objectives and goals.
- Conducting competition research and market analysis to identify the target audience.
- Propose marketing strategies, combining all marketing mix such as product, pricing, positioning and promotion to achieve business plan.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns in (but not limited to) social media.
- Manage multiple social media accounts, planning social media posts. Proficiency in copywriting (Cantonese) is a huge bonus.
- Work closely with designers, vendors and production to plan and produce marketing materials (photos/videos). Creating high-quality, engaging, and shareable content for the brand.
- Manage end-to-end paid performance media accounts, including planning, strategizing, executing, optimising, reporting, and post-campaign analysis of SEM, paid social campaigns, and other verticals.
- Ensure that all marketing activities are executed within the budget and achieve expected results.
- Ensure all retail stores visual merchandising is in line with brand primary & secondary focus.
- Establish and maintain close relationships with associates such as principles, media, KOL & the public.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's/Professional Degree in Business Management/Marketing/Communication, or any related field.
- At least three (3) years of working experience within the marketing department in the companies. Experience in water filtration or service fields would be a plus.
- Required language(s): Cantonese, Mandarin and English. Other languages would be a plus.
- Computer literate and proficient in Google workspace, MS Office, Canva, social media platforms, etc.
- Proven experience in marketing, including campaign creation and digital marketing.
- Creative thinking and an eye for engaging content and passion for staying current with marketing trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with pleasant personality and good interpersonal and communication skills to establish good working relations with internal and external parties.
- Thrive within a team environment with the ability to work independently.
- Highly motivated and organised and ability to prioritise multiple tasks within a challenging and fast paced working environment.
- Website and social media platform content update and content writing will be an added advantage.
- Creativity and commercial awareness especially in the water filtration industry both online and offline.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
