**What you will do**:

- Assist with research, filing, data entry, recording, and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
- Learn how to work as part of the Accounting team to compile and analyze data, track information, and support the company.
- Coordinate with the Accounting Officer during audits and annual forecasting
- Communicate with the Accounts Payable Manager and Accounts Receivable Manager to track pending invoices
- Undertake data entries and balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintain accurate and detailed inventory records
- Handle sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
- Perform administrative duties such as preparing invoices and updating accounting files, as and when required
- Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Diploma/Degree from Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting major
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Aptitude for mathematics
- Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Job Type**: Internship

Pay: From RM700.00 per month
