Key Responsibilities:
1. **Bookkeeping and Record-Keeping**:

- Accurately record financial transactions, ensuring meticulous bookkeeping across all branches.
- Implement and maintain a systematic filing system for financial documents.

2. **Cash Flow Management**:

- Monitor daily cash transactions, tracking inflows and outflows across branches.
- Implement strategies for optimizing cash flow efficiency.

3. **Accounts Receivable and Payable**:

- Oversee the entire accounts receivable process, issuing invoices promptly and managing collections.
- Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors.

4. **Financial Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare detailed monthly financial reports, analyzing variances and trends.
- Generate ad-hoc financial reports as needed for management decision-making.

5. **Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Collaborate with department heads to develop comprehensive budgets for each branch.
- Assist in financial forecasting, identifying potential challenges and opportunities.

6. **Balance Sheet Preparation**:

- Compile and reconcile balance sheets for each branch, ensuring accuracy in assets, liabilities, and equity.
- Provide detailed analysis of balance sheet components and variances.

7. **Profit and Loss Statement Preparation**:

- Prepare monthly profit and loss statements for each branch, highlighting revenue, expenses, and net income.
- Analyze trends in revenue and expenses, offering insights into financial performance.

8. **Sales Monitoring, Audit, and Reconciliation**:

- Monitor daily sales reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct regular audits to verify sales transactions and identify discrepancies.
- Perform reconciliations to ensure consistency between sales records and financial statements.

9. **Confidentiality and Data Security**:

- Demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
- Implement and adhere to robust data security measures to safeguard financial records.
- Positive and disciplined approach to work.

11. **Branch Coordination**:

- Foster collaboration with branch teams, ensuring consistent financial practices.
- Conduct regular meetings with branch accountants to streamline processes and enhance financial reporting accuracy.

12. **Financial Analysis and Recommendations**:

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, providing insights into profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Make recommendations for operational improvements based on financial findings.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in accounting roles, preferably in a multi-branch environment.
- Proficient in industry-standard accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with various teams.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Commitment to at least one year of employment.
