**Location**:Soho Suites, KLCC

**Working Days**:Monday to Saturday (9am to 6pm)

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Full Set of Accounts**: Prepare, manage, and review the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Payroll, and Financial Statements.
- **Revenue Management**: Monitor, record, and analyze revenue streams from OTA channels, PPC marketing, direct sales, and wholesale agreements with hotels.
- **Sub-Wholesaler and Master Wholesaler Accounting**: Maintain accurate financial records for sub-wholesaler agreements, track commissions and payments, and reconcile monthly statements.
- **PPC Marketing Accounting**: Manage financial records related to PPC marketing campaigns, including budgeting, expense tracking, and ROI analysis.
- **Sales Commission Accounting**: Calculate and process commissions for sales agents, call center representatives, and other personnel based on sales performance.
- **Financial Reporting & Analysis**: Prepare periodic financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements. Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to support business decisions.
- **Compliance & Taxation**: Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and assist with tax planning and filing. Maintain updated knowledge of industry-specific accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts, and provide regular updates on financial performance against targets.
- **Cash Flow Management**: Oversee cash flow, ensure timely payments, and manage accounts receivables and payables.
- **Inventory Management Support**: Collaborate with the sales and inventory teams to ensure accurate tracking of room allocations and wholesale bookings.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with experience in managing complex revenue streams.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with OTA platforms is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various departments and external partners.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
