Finance Manager Ulu Tiram

Manage, oversee, and to ensure effective daily operations of the accounting department which shall include but not limit to: month end & quarter end & year end accounts reporting, AP/AR, general ledger, payroll & utilities, budgeting and forecast monitoring, reporting, cash flow, ensuring correct stock balance records and monitoring stock levels, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, balance sheet reconciliations.
- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support company objectives.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and address any findings.
- Supervise and mentor finance team.
- Ensure the team adheres to financial policies and procedures.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Monitor financial transactions and identify and address any discrepancies.
- Support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and analysis.
- Communicate financial information and performance to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives and projects.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, especially in Mandarin.
- 5 years and above of experience in financial & accounting field or a similar role, experience in manufacturing is advantage.
- Proven experience in team management.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software, familiar with SAP / Oracle / ERP systems is advantage.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
