**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Responsible for QA & QC activities in the company.
- Generate QA/QC procedures, and ensure all incoming materials, in-process materials and final products are tested as per documented standards.
- Keep all records and checklists up-to-date.
- To carry out the product testing and analysis as per requirement & SOP
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the production room.
- Responsible for daily monitoring of the production outputs to ensure the production programs are met in terms of quantity, quality and time
- Handle internal and external customers' complaints.
- To build and maintain Halal, GMP, MeSTI, and HACCP systems according to regulations and requirements
- Work closely with other departments to improve the operation process to ensure product safety and quality.

**REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES**
- Self-motivated and self-discipline to complete work in a timely manner with mínimal oversight.
- Outgoing personality with great interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to learn.
- Flexible with creative approach to handle any situations that arise
- Computer skills required : Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Excel)
