Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. Key Responsibilities:

- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to ensure Petal & Potions remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
- Capture compelling footage that highlights the unique features and benefits of Petal & Potions products, as well as the brand's commitment to natural ingredients and wellness..
- Manage relationships with external partners, including agencies and influencers, to maximize reach and impact.
- Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify target audiences and tailor digital marketing strategies accordingly.
- Stay informed about regulatory requirements and best practices in digital marketing to ensure compliance and ethical marketing practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of developing and implementing successful campaigns across various digital channels.
- Proven experience in videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative vision, technical skills, and ability to produce high-quality video content.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual aesthetics.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and consistency in video production.
- Passion for wellness and beauty industry trends, with a keen interest in promoting holistic well-being.
