Role Overview:
As the Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our hotel's communication strategy. You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing team and Senior Management to develop and execute innovative communication plans that enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive business growth. From crafting captivating content to managing media relations, your role will be instrumental in shaping the hotel's image and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to promote our brand, services, and offerings.
- Create and manage engaging content for various platforms, including websites, social media, press releases, and marketing materials.
- Cultivate relationships with media outlets and coordinate press releases and media coverage.
- Monitor and analyze communication campaigns' performance, making data-driven improvements.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and maintain brand integrity across all communication channels.
- Collaborate with different departments to align communication efforts and support their initiatives.
- Handle crisis communication and manage the hotel's reputation during challenging situations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to implement innovative communication strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Communication Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content management systems, and communication tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated creativity and strategic thinking in communication planning.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and an understanding of luxury hospitality.
