**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a **Financial Coordinator** to assist with everyday finance tasks such as tracking and processing expenses, organizing records, coordinating with vendors — and importantly, following up on payments from clients. This role is suitable for someone with strong work ethics, organized, responsible, and confident in communication. No degree is required — just a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Track company expenses, staff claims, petty cash, and payment schedules
- Prepare and maintain financial records such as invoices, payment slips, and related documents
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to handle and process payments, collections, and reimbursements
- Follow up with clients on outstanding payments and ensure proper documentation is in place
- Support basic financial reporting, data entry, and assist with external audits when required
- Provide general admin or HR support if required
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma/Certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin — or equivalent work experience is a plus
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and finance tools if required
- Proficient in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
- Clear and timely communication skills in English
- Able to manage time, follow up proactively, and meet timelines
- Possess strong work ethics
