IT Project Manager- Salesforce

**What's the Role?**:
As the IT Project Manager, you will be working on the strategic project ‘Evolution’ - one of the biggest IT projects in Hilti which aims to elevate CRM processes to the next level. You will focus on developing a vision for large-scale Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation with over 15,000 users across 60+ countries and implement those together with your team.

Global IT within Hilti is a truly global team with main hubs in Buchs (Switzerland), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and Plano/Tulsa (USA). **What does the role involve?**:
As an IT Project Manager, you will own the project progress tracking, reporting, and planning. You manage the project stakeholder and communication. You gather facts include analytical methods to develop solutions scenarios to support project stakeholder to make decisions. You control the project budget and escalation management to achieve the desired project goals.
You manage the project with the defined common best practices (e.g., Jira backlog, story pointing etc.) and responsible for project reporting to stakeholders and business counterparts.

**What you need is**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Management or other relevant fields with CGPA of 3.0 and above.
- Total experience of 4 years and above out of which at least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in Information Technology areas in software development space.
- Experience in any CRM systems is an added advantage.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and working in global environment setup.
- Good understanding of system integration technologies and/or software development desired.
