**Requirements**:

- **Good command of Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia with strong coordination and communication skills.**:

- **Bachelor's Degree scheme, specifically in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.**:

- **Minimum 3 years of experience in production and technical management of electronic or electromagnetic products.**:

- **Experience in production or technical management roles in medium-sized local enterprises or foreign-invested companies in Malaysia.**:

- **Knowledge of ISO9001 Quality Management System.**:

- **Must be honest, highly responsible, proactive, optimistic, and have excellent communication skills.**:

- **Additional Advantage: Knowledge or experience in quality management, equipment management, production safety management, or procurement and logistics management.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Build and manage the technical and production operations team according to the company's business strategy.**:

- **Introduce relevant products and technologies and localize them based on the company's development needs.**:

- **Organize local production activities.**:

- **Manage the introduction and management of local factory facilities and production equipment.**:

- **Oversee safety management at the local factory.**:

- **Manage cost control and quality control at the local factory.**:

- **Perform other production and operations management duties as required.**
