Internship (Remote / Hybrid) - Excel Macro Developer

This role involves generating creative ideas and solutions for clients, growing together, and moving forward with the IT/AI trend.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, modify, and optimize Excel macros to automate file conversion processes.
- Work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data handling.
- Integrate multiple file formats (CSV, XML, TXT, etc.) into Excel, ensuring smooth conversions.
- Test and debug macros to ensure they perform correctly across different versions of Excel.
- Collaborate with our team to understand requirements and improve existing file conversion workflows.
- Provide documentation and training on the use of newly developed macros.
- Ensure macros comply with company standards and data security policies.

- Proven experience in Excel macro development using VBA.
- Strong proficiency in data conversion, manipulation, and analysis in Excel.
- Experience working with various file formats like CSV, XML, JSON, and others.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented VBA code.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills to work with team members and stakeholders.
- Interns are expected to work independently, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness in devising solutions to assigned tasks and challenges.

**Why us**:
1. Interns who successfully meet the KPIs and fulfill the company's expectations will be provided with a **recommendation letter** and may be offered a full time position at the conclusion of the internship.

2. Interns are eligible for **promotion to a full-time position** if they achieve a Grade A based on the expected performance during the internship.
