**Responsibilities**:

- Inspecting Raw Materials: Check incoming raw materials such as wood, metal components, fabrics, and other materials to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Testing Finished Products: Perform comprehensive quality checks on finished furniture products to verify dimensions, structural integrity, aesthetics, and functionality.
- Using Testing Equipment: Operate various testing equipment and tools such as calipers, gauges, rulers, and strength testers to measure and evaluate product quality.
- Documenting Inspection Results: Record inspection data, including measurements, observations, and any defects found, in detailed reports or quality control forms for documentation and analysis.
- Identifying Defects: Identify and classify defects, such as scratches, dents, misalignment, or color variations, and determine their impact on product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Implementing Corrective Actions: Collaborate with production supervisors, engineers, and other team members to address and resolve quality issues promptly, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintaining Quality Standards: Ensure compliance with quality control procedures, safety regulations, and industry standards throughout the manufacturing process to uphold product quality and consistency.

**Qualifications**
- Experience: Previous experience in quality control or inspection within the wood industry is highly desirable.
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malayia are needed to convey inspection findings and collaborate with team members.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with wood species, characteristics, and processing techniques. Understanding of quality control principles and practices.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies in wood products.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
