Job Function of Product Specialist
- Meeting with doctors from hospital, clinics or specialist that related to the products to evaluate customer needs.
- Handling customer complaints and handling customers on to management and hand-over to QA for further action/trouble-shooting.
- To liaise and build up good relationship with doctors/nurse.
- Maintains relationships with customer by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities, profit and service improvements.
- Prepares report by collecting, analyzing, investigating price and summarizing information.
- Understand about market price and brand that related to the products.
- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies, promotional activities and market activities.
- Responsible to maintain quality services and monitoring performances of individual customer.
- Responsible to get further information from any available sources and make proposal.
- Must well report inform the superior on all the information pertaining to the current status of assignment and feedback from customers.
- To contribute to the strategic planning of annual or long-term sales plan to drive forward agreed company objectives.
- To maintain, build and update mailing and correspondence database of all customers and leads for customer relation management.
- To organize and attend events and exhibitions.
- To carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demands, brand positioning and awareness.
- To present the product or service to doctors.

Minimum requirement for this position in the terms of condition
- Degree above at relevant qualification
- At least 2 years working experience in related field

**Salary**: Up to RM7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
