Product Marketing Specialist

**Job Summary** In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing product marketing strategies to promote our insurance products and services, driving customer engagement and business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor activities, and use insights to refine marketing strategies.Administer product campaigns, eg. delivery of vouchers, gifts and events for any campaigns.
- Provide support to branches for any product and or marketing content related creation for branch usage.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, sales campaign administration, and other promotional activities to enhance customer engagement
- Manage various communication channels to blast communication to customers.

**Key Requirements**
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies.
- Previous internship or work experience in marketing or insurance is desirable.
- Able to deliver under pressure and within tight timeline.
