**Position Overview**:
As our Content Creator, you will bring our brand to life across digital platforms, capturing the beauty, personality, and professionalism that Medina Salon & Spa represents. This role is perfect for a creative individual passionate about storytelling, social media, and the beauty industry. Your work will play a crucial role in engaging our audience, showcasing our services, and strengthening our brand presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop, shoot, and edit quality photos and videos that highlight our services, team, and salon ambiance for use across social media platforms.
- **Social Media Management**: Plan and schedule content across our social channels, creating an engaging and consistent online presence.
- **Campaign Development**: Collaborate with management to create promotional campaigns that resonate with our target audience and support salon goals.
- **Engagement**: Actively interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and client inquiries on social media.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on beauty trends and social media best practices, using insights to drive innovative content ideas.
- **Brand Voice & Consistency**: Ensure all content aligns with Medina Salon & Spa’s brand values, vision, and voice, maintaining a polished and professional tone.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track the performance of content and campaigns, providing reports and insights to improve future strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Prior experience in content creation, social media management, or a related field; familiarity with beauty and wellness is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other social media editing tools).
- **Creativity**: A strong creative eye for capturing our salon’s atmosphere and services in a way that is both authentic and appealing.
- **Social Media Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written communication skills to craft captions, posts, and responses that engage and resonate with followers.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while being flexible and adaptable to content needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,555.38 - RM1,814.29 per month

Expected hours: 45 per week
