Admin Assistant

Serve as the receptionist, welcoming visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.
- Coordinate administrative functions and oversee all aspects of general office and departments.
- Control and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment. Arrange for the repair and maintenance of office equipment as needed.
- To monitor overall office cleanliness and housekeeping.
- Receive and distribute correspondences to the necessary parties.
- Oversee company vehicles maintenance, including lorry inspection, insurance, and road tax renewals.
- To update company project name list.
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
**Job Requirements**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 1 year of administrative work experience.
- Pleasant personality, responsible, positive mindset and attitude.
Job Location: Kempas Utama, Johor Bahru.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.45am-6pm)
Good performer entitled for yearly company incentive trip / up to 5 months bonus
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
