SONOVISION's global Component Supply Management team provides supply chain back office supports with capability to customize scope of activities based on customer's need. Typically the scope covers preparation of order documentations (RO, EO, PO, DO, PS), updating information system database, analyze & compile technical reports, certifications check, manage quarantine, and on-site support.
- Makes analysis of maintenance record such as DFP, PFR, TSD to identify removal reason and aircraft data, update in maintenance information system database.
- Analyze removal reason and customer specific requirements database, generate instructional documentation such as RO with precise requirement inputs.
- Maintain clean and tidy database of aircraft and component technical record in maintenance information system, ensure traceability of component/aircraft history and report abnormality found.
- Drumbeat in troubleshooting and normalizing any abnormality of maintenance record found, ensure clean database and no component quarantined due to improper records.
- Identify necessary means and organize in accordance to the tasks, coordination with warehouse and/or logistic team globally to ensure smooth movement of unserviceable component to identified repair workshop.
- Manage drop-shipment of material from customer / operator base to repair network and back to store or on-site store. Ensure all documentations are provided on time and on quality.
- Ensure operational KPI are within healthy level.
- Continuous improvement to share good practice, share lesson learnt, streamline work process and improve productivity.

**Profile**:
Familiarity with Maintenance Information System softwares and excellent knowledge of Aircraft Component Workshop Management gained through experience. Basic awareness of Airline and Aircraft Maintenance operations.

Education: Diploma in Engineering or Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent education.

Experience: Minimum 1 year (excluding OJT/internship) in Aviation Technical Record or Minimum 1 year (excluding OJT/internship) in Component Workshop Planning domain.
- Component workshop or production planning background.
- Aircraft and component technical record experience.
- Aircraft Maintenance operations experience.
- Knowledge on exchange, outright, repair, overhaul, BER scopes.
- Knowledge on component logistics, ATA, dangerous goods, export control, INCOTERM, shipment tracking.
- Mastering MRO ERP or MIS softwares for technical records.
- Knowledge and experience of Aircraft Maintenance operations is required.
- Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills.
- Time management, multi-task and autonomous.
- Advanced level of English.

- Technical Record: 1 year (preferred)
- Workshop Planner: 1 year (preferred)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
