**The Opportunity**:We’re seeking a part-time CRM Specialist to manage and optimize our CRM systems, both internally for JRNY Digital and for select clients. This role is perfect for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented professional who thrives on problem-solving and creating efficient workflows.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize HubSpot and GoHighLevel CRM platforms for internal use and client projects.
- Design, build, and implement workflows, pipelines, and automation processes.
- Perform data migrations, integrations, and updates across platforms.
- Provide troubleshooting and support for CRM-related issues.
- Create dashboards and reports for team and client use.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure CRM systems align with business and client goals.
- Train team members and clients on CRM features and best practices as needed.
- Perform ad hoc CRM-related tasks to support business and client needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience with HubSpot and GoHighLevel.
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows, pipelines, and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to create detailed and actionable dashboards and reports.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Effective communication skills for team collaboration and client support.
- Previous agency or client-facing experience is a plus.

**KPIs**:

- Successful implementation of 3-5 workflows or automations per month.
- Timely resolution of CRM issues (within 24-48 hours for non-urgent cases).
- Delivery of accurate monthly reports for JRNY and client accounts.
- Positive feedback from team and clients on CRM training and support.
- Maintenance of up-to-date and accurate CRM data across all systems.
