Sales Advisor (Mobile Phone Sales) - Ampang

Location: Taman Dagang, Ampang

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
- Confidently demonstrate and explain features of mobile phones and related services.
- Build strong customer relationships by creating a welcoming and professional image.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable products.
- Answer inquiries via phone and in-store with excellent customer service.
- Organize promotional displays and ensure popular products are well-stocked.
- Follow up with potential customers to assist in their purchasing decisions.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Consistently work towards and exceed monthly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent.
- Open to Malaysian citizens only.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- 6 working days per week, on rotational shifts:

- Morning Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:45 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Malay.
