Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Train new team members on ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) and service desk operations.
- Organize regular knowledge-sharing sessions, post-incident reviews, and cross-functional training.
- Ensure knowledge retention through periodic assessments, documentation audits, and feedback loops.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in IT service desk operations or team leadership.
- At least 4+ years in management or team leadership, with combined experience of 10 years.
- Strong documentation, training, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and incident management.
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations and deliver results promptly.
