Job Scope & Responsibilities:
1. Financial Record Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
- Ensure timely and correct data entry for all accounting transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, etc.).
- Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports and statements.

2. Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist in preparing budgets and monitoring actual performance against budget.
- Provide financial forecasts and analysis to support business decisions.

3. Bank Reconciliation & Cash Flow
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements regularly.
- Track and report on cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations.

4. Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Manage and track payments to suppliers and collections from customers.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and prepare aging reports.

5. Audit & Financial Reporting
- Liaise with external auditors and tax agents during audits and filings.
- Prepare documents and schedules needed for annual audit and tax submissions.

6. Internal Controls & SOPs
- Assist in developing and maintaining proper internal control procedures and financial SOPs.

7. Financial Analysis & Advisory
- Provide insights and recommendations for cost reduction and profit improvement.
- Support business planning with relevant financial data and reports.

Skills & Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 1-2years of accounting experience
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- High attention to detail, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Trustworthy, responsible, and able to work independently.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
