**Job Scope**

**Responsibilities**
- Create engaging banners, display ads, social media graphics, and other digital marketing assets.
- Translate marketing objectives and messaging into visually compelling designs that resonate with the target audience and drive desired actions.
- Ensure consistency in design language, brand identity, and visual storytelling across all platforms and marketing channels.
- Collaborate with developers, and marketing teams to understand project requirements, user needs, and campaign objectives.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and performance analytics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and AI technologies to continuously improve design quality and innovation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Graphic or Digital Designer with a solid understanding of current digital and social media trends
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD) and Canva
- Solid understanding of design principles, user-centered design, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a focus on driving results through design.
- Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale.
- Experience with AI banner generation tools such as Midjourney or other similar platforms is a plus.
