experienced Project Manager
to take the lead in delivering digital experiences — from UI/UX product design and creative production to website builds, eCommerce, and web applications.

The Role

You'll be the connector between
clients, design, strategy, and technical teams
, ensuring every project runs smoothly from discovery to delivery.

You're comfortable managing multiple projects at once, confident in client communication, and able to balance scope, time, and quality with precision.

Your work will span across:

  • Website, eCommerce, and Web App builds
  • Product Design & UI/UX projects
  • Creative Production
    — including branding, digital campaigns, and marketing assets

You're pragmatic, collaborative, and thrive in a creative-technical environment — translating ideas into well-structured plans that deliver measurable impact.

What You'll Do

  • Lead projects end-to-end — from scope definition to delivery
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, charters, and documentation
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and change requests effectively
  • Coordinate with designers, developers, and strategists to ensure deliverables meet quality and deadlines
  • Run internal and client meetings, workshops, and weekly check-ins
  • Provide transparent status updates, burn reports, and utilization tracking
  • Ensure seamless QA, UAT, and Go-Live processes
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Strategy teams to scope and plan new projects
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded

Requirements

  • Atleast 3+ years of experience in a
    digital, creative, or eCommerce agency
  • Strong understanding of
    software development lifecycles
    and creative workflows
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage
    multiple concurrent projects
    with strict deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive under pressure
  • Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Jira, Sheets, Slack, and Keynote

Bonus Skills

Experience or knowledge in the following areas will be a strong advantage:

  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
  • Creative & UI/UX Design Process
  • Account Management / Client Relationship Management
  • Shopify or Shopify Plus experience
  • Project Management certifications (PMP, Scrum Master)
  • Understanding of the
    eCommerce ecosystem
    from order to delivery
