Assist in building, executing and managing the warehouse operating SOPs.
- Assist in managing the compliance of the warehouse operation team towards all set SOPs.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures;
- complying with legal regulations.
- Assist in handling, designating tasks to attend clients or internal operational inquiry and reporting.
- Solve and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Assist in sourcing of packaging materials.
- Assist in sourcing of operations equipment, instruments, machinery etc.
- Create manual orders for any required B2C and B2B business
- Monitor and collect data daily on any Out of Stock (OOS) products and report to commercial team.
- Maintain billing such as master billing compilation, invoicing, credit note, payment reconciliation for B2B business.
- Monitor platform orders creation, order flowsto detect any technical issues such assyncing failure.
- Monitor order fulfillment progress to avoid delay in fulfillment.
- Communicate internally and externally to ensure optimal fulfillment performances.
- Assist warehouse operation to monitor 3rd party logistic service provider pick-up is on timely manner.
- Process manual order processing (RTS), order cancellation if required.
- Assist in inventory management such as involve in return management, manual order processing, stock take process, compilation of stock take reports and inventory housekeeping.
- To ensure day to day operation smooth and within the normal SLA.
- Manpower planning especially for heavy campaign.
- To support another warehouse if assigned and to be relocated to another warehouse under SSL warehouse/projects.
- To manage and make sure the partner warehouse is running smoothly and within the SLA agreement.
- To ensure warehouse is very efficient.
- Monitoring and plan for the subordinates performance, activity and training.
- Assist in setting up warehouse/ internal clearance sale, online and offline.
- Always involved in training provided when available.
- Keep record of all works done and compile data for performance reporting.
- Strive to push new initiative to improve individual and team efficiency.
- Strive to hit individual and team KPI/target given.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

**Requirement**
- SPM/ Diploma or any level.
- Male (Age: 22 to 30 years old ).
- Experience in logistic and fulfillment sector.
- Experience in b2b and b2c.
- Proactive in looking for better solution for daily task.
- Good in excel and basic data analysis.
- Experience in leading a team.
- Able to communicate and work well with foreigners.
- Able to meet high expectations without failure.
- Reporting to HOD and Asst. HOD.
- Possess own transportation.
- Able to work at Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
- Able to work extra hours if required.
- Able to start immediately.

**Salary**: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
