1. Managing warehouse workers: The warehouse supervisor is responsible for managing a team of warehouse workers, including hiring, training, and scheduling. They must ensure that workers are following safety guidelines, following warehouse processes, and meeting productivity targets.

2. Ensuring inventory accuracy: The warehouse supervisor must ensure that inventory accuracy is maintained by monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular cycle counts, and resolving any discrepancies.

3. Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments: The warehouse supervisor must coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling shipments, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring that shipments are delivered on time.

4. Maintaining a safe and organized warehouse: The warehouse supervisor must ensure that the warehouse is organized and that safety guidelines are being followed. They must also ensure that equipment and facilities are properly maintained.

5. Managing inventory levels: The warehouse supervisor must manage inventory levels to ensure that the organization has sufficient stock to meet customer demand while minimizing inventory costs. They must track inventory levels and ensure that inventory is properly stored and labelled.

6. Analyzing warehouse data: The warehouse supervisor must analyse warehouse data to identify areas for improvement and to develop strategies for increasing efficiency and reducing costs. They must also monitor warehouse costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
