Handle customer inquiries related to shipments, order status, returns, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders
- Resolve order discrepancies, delivery delays, and damaged or missing items
- Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and warehouse updates
- Generate and manage shipping documentation, labels, and tracking information
- Communicate effectively with transport companies and internal teams to manage logistics
- Support inventory control by assisting with stock checks and reconciliation tasks
- Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors or relevant departments as needed
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
