3. **Resolving customer issues**: They work to resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, providing solutions to problems and answering questions.

4. **Escalating complex issues**: If a customer issue cannot be resolved by the representative, they escalate the issue to a higher level of support or management.

5. **Maintaining customer records**: They maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions, including customer feedback and complaints.

6. **Identifying opportunities for improvement**: They analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in products or services, as well as in customer support and service processes.

7.**Collaborating with other departments**: They work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that customer needs are met and issues are resolved.

Background With Mechanical design Engineer, Metal background Stamping, Bending, Welding, Assembly Background, Semiconductor Industry

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)
