Logistic:

- To ensure all the license/permit required are renew on time. Eg. MIDA, MTIB license.
- Manage and educate logistics vendors in order to achieve company requirements.
- Responsible to manage end to end activities for export shipments and deliveries to local customers.
- To lead and motivate subordinates to enable them to work together effectively and productively.
- To make comparison for ocean / air freight and to conduct negotiation with forwarding companies whenever necessary.
- To place booking with shipping liner / freight forwarder.
- To liaise with respective customers to get shipping instruction or providing updated shipment details.
- To update container schedule and publish to related party.
- To establish logistic planning. Eg : Capacity planning.
- To liaise with external vendor. Eg transporter and workshop
- To monitor lorry team and admin team efficiency.
- To make sure adequate resources to support logistics operation smooth.
- To monitor the 5S at office and Logistics Section are well maintain according to company 5S committee requirements.
- Other task(s) assigned by superior.

Custom:

- To deal all related custom issues included incoming import and export related matters.
- To deal all custom issue with custom officer for the document pending approval.
- Submit for Customs approval and any governmental related approval, relevant reports for all activities of import and exports
- To ensure the completion of all inwards/outwards shipping documentations as well as to ensure all overseas imports/exports are on smooth flow with timely clearance and on time arrival/delivery.

Qualifications:

- SPM/Diploma/Degree or equivalent
- 5 years’ experience in related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sungai Bakap: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
