**Job Summary**:
1. Managing sales channels and ensuring smooth order fulfillment and shipping processes.

2. Secure business accounts by offering good customer service.

3. Devise and present marketing ideas and strategies.

4. Inventory management.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Operations**:

- Monitor customer account activity, including payments, orders, and service requests.
- Prepare quotation, sales order & pro-forma invoice as per customers requirement.
- Manage product listings across online platforms (e.g. Amazon, Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, etc.).
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information (descriptions, pricing, images, stock levels).
- Coordinate with the social media team for online sales campaigns and promotions.
- Process & monitor order processing, returns, and cancellations.
- Analyse sales performance and provide reports.

**Shipping & Logistics**:

- Process and coordinate daily shipments (local and international).
- Liaise with courier companies and freight forwarders.
- Track and ensure on-time delivery of orders.
- Handle shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, AWBs, etc.).
- Address any issues related to delayed or lost shipments.

**Inventory & Coordination**:

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records across systems.
- Support inventory audits and stock checks.

**Customer Service**:

- Respond to customer queries and resolve order/shipping-related issues.
- Provide updates on order status and expected delivery times.

**Ad Hoc Tasks**:

- Any ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in e-commerce or shipping/logistics preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Familiar with major e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with SQL Accounting systems.
- Basic knowledge of customs procedures and international trade regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
