The Customer Service Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring their accounts are handled efficiently and effectively. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, process customer orders, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting organizational goals.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Service existing account, obtain orders and establish new account.

2. Ensure the integrity of client information maintained in the database system.

3. Prepare quotation, sales order, invoice, packing lists, delivery order, product catalogues, shipping documents and reports.

4. Verify product’s pricing and update new pricing for customer upon request.

5. Work closely with and maintain an excellent business relationship with current and new customer to achieve the sales turnover and target profit margin.

6. Conduct market research, identify opportunity and monitor development trends of market and feedback to the management.

7. Follow up closely on sales enquiries and coordinate with Production Department and coordinate with customer.

8. Ensure timely delivery of finished goods to customer. Update customer on the ETA (estimated time of arrival). In the event not able to fulfill customer requirement on the order or delivery date, contact customer immediately to provide alternative solution.

9. Assist in implementation of sales strategy and promotion campaign set by the company.

10. Follow up and collect payments from customers based on credit term applied at a timely manner.

11. Prepare sales report and other related report.

12. Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.

**Requirements**:
1. Possess Degree/Diploma in Business Management/International Trade or any related business studies.

2. High responsibility and hard working

3. Ability to work as a team with good attitude towards supervision

4. Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Familiar with online sales such as Shopee, Facebook, Alibaba and et. ctr. will be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
