**Responsibilities**:

- Determine customer service management strategies

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIANCE:

- Minimum Dip or equivalent.
- Computer literate and able to handle MS Word / MS Excel.
- Pleasant personality and good manners.
- Able to work in a team as well as independently.
- Preferably with one year working experience.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,550.00 per month
