**About the role**

We are seeking a talented **After Sales Service** to join our dynamic team at **Boon Koon Vehicles Industries Sdn Bhd** in **Nibong Tebal, Penang**. As a **fulltime** member of our **After Sales Service**department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development, and improvement of our innovative vehicle solutions.

**Job Responsibilities:

- **
- Handling customer complaints and familiar with complaint chronology.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquires and feedback from customers.
- Attending to customer for service and repair job.
- Handling on spare parts sales.
- Co-ordinate with Technician/Service Centre to update work progress and speed repair / service job.
- To handle and visit service centre occasionally.
- Maintain existing customer with good rapport.
- Minimize customer complaints.
- To assist or support any other duties assigned by Management / Company.

- SKM / Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
