- Carry outsourcing, evaluating quotation and tenders for supply of materials and services.
- Carry out preparation, submission and monitoring of progress claims, finalization accounts, retention sum and variation etc.
- Verify subcontractor claims and subcontractor awards.
- Any other tasks as assigned from time to time
