Senior Contract Executive

Job responsibility
- Familiar with tender exercise in main Contractor's environment.
- To handle pre-contract & post-contract administrative works - preparation and compilation of tender documents for submission.
- To forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
- To track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
- To produce or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project measure and value the work done on site.
- To liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as Site Managers, Project Managers and Site Engineers.
- To select and/or source construction materials.
- To undertake other duties and responsibilities as instructed by superior.
Job Requirement
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Preferably with more than 3 year(s) of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost management and project financial controls
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Preferably those with experience in pre-qualification exercise, tender bids and preparing quotations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Able to take-off quantities and prepare cost estimates and budgets.
